Zaldiva Inc. Becomes A Registered Auctioneering House, Significantly Enhancing Its 'Direct To E-Auction' Business

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., July 28 PRNewswire-FirstCall — Zaldiva(TM), Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ZLDV) (XETRA: UZ8.DE) (Frankfurt: UZ8.F), a specialty and online distribution system wholesaler and retailer of new and vintage Pop Culture collectibles, comic books and memorabilia announced today that it has received its auctioneer's licenses for the state of Florida.

Recent transactions in Florida have caused a number of "E-Auction" or "Ebay drop-off" type companies to close up shop; some of whom have referred their clients to Zaldiva. Many small companies have found the costs and time involved in gaining these licenses to be prohibitive. Zaldiva sees the license as a monumental step in executing its business plan.

"Getting the license was very involved," said Nicole Leigh-van Coller, President of Zaldiva. "However it is something we absolutely needed if we were to continue expanding and reaching our goal of being a major distributor of collectible goods. Currently we have clients in over 23 countries due to our online efforts and now with being an auction house, it opens up all sorts of opportunities for our company and shareholders. We can now offer multiple channels of distribution for all our products on an international level. With the low U.S. dollar, our goods are relatively cheap for international buyers. This will enhance and speed up our turnover of products."

In anticipation of the licenses, Zaldiva has designed an entire marketing program to the South Florida business community for inventory and product liquidation services in addition to its regular business. Revenues from its current online efforts have been rivaling that of its 331 East Commercial Blvd model "brick and mortar" location. Both components are expected to continue to see significant revenue and cash flow increases.

"This aspect of our business model is significant to our company and its long-term goals as it not only offers businesses and individuals the ability to quickly reduce inventory levels in soft economic times, it diversifies the product offerings in our distribution system," said Leigh-van Coller. "In affect, it is another element that proves our business model as a distribution system and it also helps Zaldiva to thrive in recessions or slow economic times while opening up International markets to small businesses in South Florida immediately."

Zaldiva is a distribution system unique to the specialty retail industry, focusing its product orientation on the comics and collectibles genre. The company combines a highly visible brick and mortar location in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and an e-commerce website and portal (www.Zaldiva.com) which operates in conjunction with a series of ancillary websites in addition to its auction house capabilities. Zaldiva's current collection available electronically of classic, pop-culture and modern memorabilia can be seen at www.Zaldiva.com.
