ICL Industrial Products Announces Changes in Its Subsidiary Names

BEER-SHEVA, Israel, July 24 PRNewswire-FirstCall — ICL Industrial Products (ICL-IP) announces the following changes to its subsidiaries names:

- Ameribrom Inc. (St. Louis) has been changed to ICL-IP America Inc., - Eurobrom B.V. has been changed to ICL-IP Europe BV, - Asiabrom Ltd. has been changed to ICL ASIA Ltd, - Bromokem (Far East) Ltd has been changed to ICL-IP JAPAN Ltd, - Broomchemie B.V. has been changed to ICL-IP Terneuzen BV,

ICL acquired Supresta from Ripplewood on August 2007, with the aim of diversifying ICL Industrial Products' portfolio of flame retardants, to strengthen its activities in the polyurethane foam and engineering plastics markets, while also enhancing its geographic marketing reach. This names change is part of ICL activities of integrating Supresta into ICL Industrial Products, to fully realize the existing operating synergies between ICL-IP bromine and phosphorous business activities.

ICL-IP Industrial Products is one of ICL's (TASE: ICL) three operating segments. It produces bromine, magnesia and chlorine from Dead Sea brines, and manufactures and markets a range of compounds, including a large variety of flame retardants, bromides for industry, agriculture and water treatment products, as well as a range of magnesia products, phosphorous and chlorine-based products for industrial and pharmaceutical uses.
