'Rubby Dub Dub Bears in a Tub': Colorful New Children's Book Shows Importance of Friendship and Apologies

WELLSVILLE, Kan., July 24 PRNewswire — Jam-packed with colorful illustrations and animal friends, "Rubby Dub Dub Bears in a Tub" (published by AuthorHouse - http://www.authorhouse.com), the new book by Bev Q., is sure to delight children with its story of three bears and their duck friend.

Tipper, Teddy and Tony are three bears who love to splash in bubbly water. They head to their friend Debbie Duck's house because her bathroom has a big, shiny white bathtub. While Tipper keeps Debbie busy outside, Teddy and Tony fill the bathtub with water and shampoo to make a bubble bath. Bubbles and water are everywhere! Debbie suspects that something is up and starts squawking downstairs while Tipper comes through the window to warn his friends, knocking a plant over in the process and making an even bigger mess.

The three bears agree to help Debbie clean her bathroom, and hope that she will invite them over to play in her tub again. After a few weeks, the bears head to the Ice Cream Palace to find Debbie and invite themselves over for another swim in the tub. However, she doesn't give them the answer they're looking for:

Debbie told them that the carpet was ruined on the stairs and it cost them quite a lot of money to replace it, part of the tile in the bathroom came up from all the water splashing out on the floor, and the window had to be replaced where they broke in. \"My parents said there would be no more tub parties with you three bears. My girl friends can come any time because they aren't so sloppy,\" she said. With that information, she went back to the table and sat with her girl friends and left the three bears standing there.

Ideal for children 8 - 10 years old, "Rubby Dub Dub Bears in a Tub" shows the importance of friendship and saying, "I'm sorry." Find out what happens to Tipper, Teddy, Tony and Debbie and meet their other animal friends in this colorfully illustrated children's book.
