Wavelit, Inc. Subsidiary Precision Aviation, Inc. Acquires Production Facility.

DALLAS, July 24 PRNewswire-FirstCall — Precision Aviation, Inc. (PAI), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wavelit Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: WAVL) announces the completion of an all-stock acquisition of a new manufacturing facility as well as proprietary tooling and moulding equipment used in the manufacture of recreational remote control and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). This acquisition will shorten the transition time from prototype to manufacture of UAVs while expediting delivery time to the customer. The facility, located in the Dallas suburb of Lewisville, Texas, has a retail storefront in addition to the manufacturing and production area.
