Avistar and MVC Mobile Video Communications Team to Deliver Desktop Videoconferencing Solutions in Germany

FRANKFURT, Germany and SAN MATEO, Calif., July 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Avistar Communications Corporation (Nasdaq: AVSR), a leading provider of unified visual communications solutions, has signed an agreement with MVC Mobile Video Communications GmbH of Frankfurt to sell Avistar's C3 desktop technology in Germany. The partnership agreement enables German companies and their employees to enjoy the benefits of desktop video conferencing conveniently and easily wherever they may be.
