Cohen & Steers Funds Quarterly Data Now Available

NEW YORK, July 16 PRNewswire-FirstCall — Cohen & Steers, Inc. (NYSE: CNS) announced today that June 30, 2008 quarterly data for its open-end and closed-end funds, including portfolio holdings, is now available on the firm's Web site, www.cohenandsteers.com. Quarterly data will be available on Cohen & Steers' Web site each quarter no earlier than 15 days after quarter end.

The information for Cohen & Steers' funds includes pricing, performance, share price, NAV, premium/discount history, distribution history and expense ratios.
