Lorillard to Release Second Quarter 2008 Results on Monday, July 28, 2008

GREENSBORO, N.C., July 9 PRNewswire-FirstCall — Lorillard Inc., (NYSE: LO), the third largest manufacturer of cigarettes in the United States, today announced that it will release second quarter 2008 earnings on Monday, July 28, 2008. A conference call for analysts and investors will begin at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Monday, July 28, 2008, which will be hosted by Martin L. Orlowsky, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, and David H. Taylor, Chief Financial Officer, respectively.
