WomenCount PAC Comes Out With a BANG on July 4th: Group to Relaunch as MoveOn for Women

WomenCount PAC will begin a series of polls among existing members as well as the general public to ask for direction on where to put resources in the days and months to come. The group will publish the results of these polls on its site and begin working on ads, forums, and key-influencer campaigns to apply pressure where members ask for it.
"We love the idea of engaging our members and inviting new members in to voice their opinions to help us develop our activism landscape going forward," stated
WomenCount PAC was created to ensure that the 51 percent of American citizens who are women have their values and votes counted in the political process. So far in the 2008 election cycle, WomenCount has run a series of ads related to the presidential campaign and made contributions to several women candidates for Congress.
