ATF Offers Reward for Theft of Sheriff's Dept. Rifle
ATF and the Elkhart County Sheriff's Office are investigating the theft of the rifle. Investigators have developed information regarding this theft; however, they need additional information from the public that may assist them in solving the case.
Firearms pose inherent dangers. Investigators are seeking information aiding in the expeditious recovery of this particular rifle.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Elkhart County Sheriff's Department at (574) 533-4151 or the ATF 24 hour crime gun hotline: 1-800-ATF-GUNS (1-800-283-4867). The ATF hotline is toll free. Callers may remain anonymous.
