N-Viro International Corporation Announces N-Viro Fuel Trial Burn Agreement in Pennsylvania

TOLEDO, Ohio, July 2 PRNewswire-FirstCall — N-Viro International Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: NVIC.OB) ("N-Viro" or "the Company") announced today it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding agreement (the "Agreement") with a significant electrical generating company which operates a facility in Pennsylvania. Under the terms of the Agreement, which outlines regulatory approval, testing and permitting requirements, N-Viro will supply sufficient quantities of its patented N-Viro Fuel(TM) to be blended with waste coal that will in turn be utilized in boilers owned by this energy company. The blend is expected to be tested for multiple days and different percentage mixtures. N-Viro believes the mixture of waste coal and N-Viro Fuel(TM) can be utilized as a renewable and sustainable fuel source within one or more circulating fluidized bed boilers (CFB) configured to produce steam for electric power generation.

This test is equivalent to one performed last year at Michigan State University's T.B. Simon Power Plant in East Lansing, Michigan. N-Viro anticipates similar, positive results in Pennsylvania.

The Agreement anticipates entering into a definitive arrangement once the successful test burn and permitting is completed, and would call for N-Viro to construct a facility in Pennsylvania specifically to produce N-Viro Fuel(TM).
