Stanley Works To Broadcast Second Quarter Conference Call Live Over the Internet

NEW BRITAIN, Conn., July 1 PRNewswire-FirstCall — The Stanley Works (NYSE: SWK) will broadcast its second quarter earnings conference call live via the Internet on Tuesday, July 22, 2008. The call will begin at 10:00am eastern time and will last for approximately one hour.

A news release outlining the financial results will be distributed early in the morning on Tuesday, July 22. A slide presentation which will accompany the call will be available at www.stanleyworks.com and will remain available after the call.
