ForeScout Completes $8M in Funding Based Upon Strong Demand for Compliance and Network Access Control Solutions

CUPERTINO, Calif., July 1 PRNewswire — ForeScout Technologies, the leading provider of regulatory compliance solutions and clientless network access control (NAC) for Fortune 500 enterprises and government organizations, today announced it has completed an internal $8M fundraising round with all existing venture partners participating including Accel Partners, Amadeus Capital Partners, Meritech Capital Partners and Pitango Ventures. The company experienced a breakout year in 2007 with 80 percent growth, setting the stage for this further investment to fuel sustained compliance and NAC leadership.
