SENTEL Corporation Names Allan Shure Chief Financial Officer

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 30 PRNewswire — SENTEL Corporation, a technology services company that provides the federal government, military and commercial enterprises with engineering products and services worldwide, today announced that it has named Allan Shure chief financial officer.

Shure brings to SENTEL more than three decades of experience with technology organizations, working in both the public and private sectors. Three years ago, while working as chief financial officer of FCBS/General Dynamics Corporation, Shure was named "Private Company CFO of the Year" from the joint Washington Area Technology Councils. Before joining SENTEL, Shure was chief financial officer of Artel Incorporated. Also, he was NetStar-1's executive vice president of finance, responsible for all financial, contractual and administrative functions and strategic development efforts. Prior to that, he was at FCBS/General Dynamics.

Shure's extensive experience includes positions at STG, Inc. as chief operating officer; Systems Planning Corporation, as chief financial officer; Titan Corporation, as vice president of finance; Andrulis Research, as chief financial officer; and SAIC, as corporate vice president of administration. He also held similar positions at other top technology organizations.

Shure has a bachelor of science in business administration/accounting from Old Dominion University and he is a certified public accountant.
