Change, Chaos and Creativity

Austen Riggs' Erikson Institute Creativity Seminar July 17 - 19

STOCKBRIDGE, Mass., June 30 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ — How does change — personal or societal — and its accompanying chaos affect creativity? How are projection and the encounter with difference part of creativity? Is creativity a renewable resource for the individual and for society, and what renews it? Change, Chaos and Creativity is the theme of this year's Erikson Institute Creativity Seminar, to be held July 17-19 at the Austen Riggs Center in Stockbridge, Massachusetts.

The two-day interactive seminar will feature artists, scholars and clinicians including Tina Packer, Artistic Director of Shakespeare & Company, in Lenox, Massachusetts, Poet April Bernard, Dancer Nina Watt from the Limon Dance Company, Othello expert Peter Erickson, 20/20 segment producer Jeffrey Diamond, as well as Riggs clinicians Drs. Marilyn Charles, J. Christopher Fowler and Nicholas Holliday, and Riggs ceramics instructor Paula Erker.
