Infinity Bio-Energy Ltd. ('Infinity' or the 'Company') Announcement of the Results of the 2008 AGM

SAO PAULO, Brazil, June 27 PRNewswire-FirstCall — Infinity Bio-Energy Ltd. (AIM: IBI.L) announces that all resolutions proposed at the 2008 Annual General Meeting of the Company, held on Wednesday, June 25, 2008 were duly passed by an absolute majority of the votes cast.

Infinity Bio-Energy Ltd.'s higher standards of corporate governance and investor protection approved at this AGM by more than 79% of all shareholders demonstrate the Company's commitment and its shareholders' support towards the continuous development of our governance practices.

A number of the amendments to the Company's Bye-Laws will be effective upon and subject to consummation of the announced offer of the Brazilian Depositary Receipts (BDRs), which is currently under review by the Brazilian Securities Commission ("CVM").
