Elemica's Logistics Roadshow on Supply Chain Integration Delivers Valuable Insight into Touchless Order Fulfillment Within Logistics Operations

The conference was well attended by chemical industry shippers, road carriers, warehousing and logistics management professionals who gained valuable insight into the use of a business process network to streamline operations and minimize costs. Some of the companies represented at the event include ExxonMobil, LyondellBasell, BASF, Dupont, Superior Carriers, Schneider, KinderMorgan and others.

Charles Wilson of Bulk Transporter Magazine acted as moderator of the carrier panel, dealing with the road carrier's role in touchless order fulfillment, and several warehousing companies participated on the panel regarding automating communications with 3rd party storage facilities.
