Panda Security Consolidates Its International Presence With the Purchase of Its Franchise in Benelux

GLENDALE, Calif., June 26 PRNewswire — Panda Security, one of the world's leading IT security companies, has expanded its international presence with the creation of a new subsidiary in Benelux. This move consolidates Panda's leading position in Europe.

Panda Security already had a presence in Belgium, Holland and Luxembourg through its franchise system. Now the company has consolidated its presence in these countries with the acquisition of its partner in this region. Currently, Panda Security has two offices in Benelux: One in Mechelen (Belgium) and another in Gorinchem (Holland).
