Nuclear and Construction Industries Convene to Deliberate the Nuclear New-Build Programme

LONDON, June 18 PRNewswire — CEOs and Directors will meet at Building's Gearing up for Nuclear New-Build Conference on 30th June 08 in London, to debate the opportunities for the construction industry to profit from the Government's proposed Nuclear programme.

Colin Robertson, Executive Director at Halcrow, will lead this topical agenda. He will be joined by senior representatives from organisations such as EDF Energy, BERR, the Nuclear Industry Association, Doosan Babcock Energy, Areva and Costain.

Speakers will examine the magnitude of the new-build strategy, and the implications for the construction industry, from planning and strategic assessment, to building alliances, to evaluating contracting models.
