FLO Penetrates Meetings Management Market

CHANTILLY, Va., June 18 PRNewswire-FirstCall — FLO Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: FLRP), a leading Registered Traveler (RT) services provider, today announced an exclusive distribution agreement with Universal Meeting Management, Inc. (UMM), a premier meetings management company located in Raleigh, NC. UMM, a member of Hickory Travel Systems, has produced over 5,000 meetings around the globe. This agreement enables FLO to develop an enrollment channel where the efficiency of enrolling corporate employees during meetings will drive benefits for FLO members and shareholders alike.

"We are delighted to partner with Universal Meeting Management in launching FLO services to their clients, partners and staff. This is an important entree into the meetings industry," said Donna Gutierrez, Vice President Corporate Sales, FLO Corporation. "UMM will offer RT enrollment opportunities to clients who annually schedule hundreds of meetings. These opportunities will likely lead to additional penetration of corporate accounts with respect to RT and business travelers. It is indeed a privilege to be associated with the first travel company to introduce RT in Raleigh marketplace."

FLO memberships are designed to be interoperable with all RT authentication stations deployed by TSA-approved service providers at any of the approximately 19 U.S. airports currently participating in the RT program. FLO's RT 2.0 benefits platform offers access to a robust menu of membership benefits and perks that add value, choice and convenience far beyond the airport security lane. Packages can be selected based on individual preference and include nationwide benefits such as personal concierge and discounted golf club rental services, worldwide airline lounge access, personal GPS and mortgage concierge services. Details about FLO benefits can be found on the firm's newly launched web portal, http://www.flocard.com/.

"We are pleased to make enrollment in the Registered Travel program available to our meeting planners, business partners and clients. Our planners are on the road weekly and the benefit of the FLO card will allow more flexibility in their schedule, ease some of the security delays they may face and save them valuable time," stated Universal Meeting Management's Travel Manager Lisa Favor. "We are committed to providing the best possible travel experience for our active travelers. We recognize many people in the meeting management industry travel constantly. By partnering with FLO we are providing a cost-effective benefit that will improve their airport experience. Also, many people in our area are not familiar with the Registered Traveler program since it is not offered at RDU, so we are bringing this opportunity to them as part of our proactive customer service mindset."

NOTE REGARDING FORWARD-LOOKING STATEMENTS

This release contains information about our management's view of our future expectations, plans and prospects that constitute forward-looking statements for purposes of the safe harbor provisions under The Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995. Actual results may differ materially from historical results or those indicated by these forward-looking statements as a result of a variety of factors. For example, our business will depend on our ability to establish and maintain strategic relationships with travel services, technology, and other companies. If we are unable to establish and maintain such relationships or if current relationships were to weaken, our actual results may differ materially from those indicated by the statements made in this release and our business could suffer. In addition, we expect to incur substantial transaction and restructuring charges as we integrate the rtGO solution with our solution, and there may be additional unanticipated costs. The integration of any acquisition involves numerous risks, including, among others, difficulties in assimilating operations and products, diversion of management's time and attention from other business concerns, potential exposure to unknown or contingent liabilities and possible loss of significant customers or impairment of relationships. We may not achieve the expected benefits of the transaction in the near term, or at all. Our failure to successfully, timely integrate the Unisys rtGO solution with our business could harm our business and future prospects. Other factors that could cause actual results to differ materially from historical results or those indicated by the statements in this release include, but are not limited to, risks and uncertainties associated with our financial condition and our efforts to meet the TSA's requirements to offer Registered Traveler services to sponsoring entities as well as those included in our annual report on Form 10-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 15, 2008, and other documents we periodically file with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
