The Regus Group Acquires 12,000 Square Foot Business Center East of Downtown Pittsburgh in Monroeville

PITTSBURGH, June 18 PRNewswire — The Regus Group (LSE: RGU), the world's largest provider of fully furnished and equipped offices with 950 locations in 70 countries, today announced that it has acquired a 12,000 square foot business center in the Penn Center East office/retail complex located in Wilkins Township (Monroeville Area).

The state-of-the-art center is located on the fourth floor of 201 Penn Center Boulevard and features 33 offices and three conference rooms. Other amenities include an on-site receptionist to greet clients, answer the phone in the business' name and provide administrative support; a furnished reception area; a business cafe with wireless Internet connectivity; and a business lounge that allows clients/visitors to remain productive while on the road or between meetings.

Penn Center East, which is managed by LG Realty Advisors, is a premier mixed-use development that includes seven Class-A office buildings totaling 625,000 square feet and more than 300,000 square feet of retail, service, and restaurant space.
