Multi-Platinum, Award Winning Artists the Oak Ridge Boys Coming to Spotlight 29 Casino

COACHELLA, Calif., May 20 PRNewswire — The Oak Ridge Boys are multi platinum-selling artists with one of the most recognizable and popular sounds in country music. Just this week, the Academy of Country Music's Board of Directors honored the group with the Cliffie Stone Pioneer Award, which is presented to an outstanding pioneer of country music. Now, the legendary band is coming to Spotlight 29 Casino on June 27.

The Oak Ridge Boys have had an incredible 17 number one hits, and have been honored with numerous awards including Grammys and ACMs.

The Cliffie Stone Pioneer Award is the latest from the Academy of Country Music, which previously named the Oak Ridge Boys Vocal Group of the Year as well as Album of the Year. The Academy also awarded crossover chart-topping smash "Elvira" as the Academy of Country Music's Single Record of the Year. "Elvira" also accorded the Oak Ridge Boys a Grammy for Country Vocal Group.
