Blackhawk Financial Prepares for Stock Distribution to Shareholders

CARDIFF, Calif., May 20 PRNewswire-FirstCall — Blackhawk Financial, Inc. (Pink Sheets: BLWK), has completed their second acquisition and is currently preparing the first stock distribution to shareholders. Shareholders of BLWK will receive a stock distribution in each company that is acquired and spun-off as a public company. As previously announced, BLWK has acquired a 51% interest in Mikie Boy Transport and 100% of White Knight Consulting, Inc. The final legal and accounting work is now underway in anticipation of announcing the details regarding The Company's stock distribution to shareholders.
