ParaYso Hotel Vancouver Rancho Santa Monica Developments Inc. Announces the Appointment of Richard J Russell as Chief Operating Officer of the Company

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, May 11 PRNewswire-FirstCall — Rancho Santa Monica Developments Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: RSDV) ("the Company") announced today the appointment of Richard J Russell as Chief Operating Officer of Hotel ParaYso in Vancouver.

Mr. Russell will oversee the new office in Vancouver where the Company is planning to employ staff to raise funds for the acquisition of the lands at 620 Seymour Street. Richard brings with him over 20 years of experience with high profile developments in Southern Florida such as the Hilton Hotel in Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach, IBM Offices in Boca Raton, and the Royce Hotel in West Palm Beach.
