Xinhua Finance Limited (TSE: 9399) to Release Financial Results for the First Quarter of 2008 on Thursday, May 29, 2008

SHANGHAI, May 9 Xinhua-PRNewswire — Xinhua Finance Limited ("XFL", TSE Mothers: 9399 and OTC: XHFNY), China's premier financial information and media service provider, today announced that it will release financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008 on Thursday, May 29, 2008, after the market closes in Tokyo. The Company will be announcing financial results for this and subsequent quarters within 60 days from the close of the quarter rather than the usual 45 day period in order to allow for additional time to consolidate the results of the Company's diverse business lines into three different reporting standards.
