Water Community Highlights Security During Drinking Water Week

AWWA's "Utilities Helping Utilities: An Action Plan for Mutual Aid and Assistance Networks for Water and Wastewater Utilities" provides guidance for utilities to develop and establish intrastate mutual aid and assistance networks.
