DNP Select Income Fund Declares Dividends

CHICAGO, May 9 PRNewswire-FirstCall — The Board of Directors of DNP Select Income Fund Inc. (NYSE: DNP) today declared dividends of 6.5 cents per share on its common stock, payable on July 10, 2008, August 11, 2008 and September 10, 2008 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2008, July 31, 2008 and August 29, 2008, respectively.

DNP Select Income Fund Inc. is a closed-end diversified investment management company. The Fund's primary investment objectives are current income and long-term growth of income.
