Trammell Crow Residential Announces its First-Ever Real Estate Auction for The Quarter Condominium Residences at Westgate City Center in Glendale, Ariz.
GLENDALE, Ariz., May 8 PRNewswire — Accelerated Marketing Partners will conduct Trammell Crow Residential's first-ever real estate auction for The Quarter, a new luxury development that is the anchor residential component of Westgate City Center in Glendale, Ariz. The auction will take place on Sat., June 7 at 1:00 p.m. at the JW Marriott at Desert Ridge, located at 5350 East Marriott Dr., Phoenix, Ariz. Minimum bids for the 35 two- and three-bedroom three-story townhouses available at auction will start at $195,000, which is approximately 35 percent below the highest previous asking price.
The $1.5 billion development with 6.5 million square feet of commercial, retail, hotel and residential space has been dubbed the "Times Square of the west."
