Pinnacle Entertainment Announces Commencement of Exchange Offer

LAS VEGAS, May 8 PRNewswire-FirstCall — Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE: PNK) today announced that it has commenced an offer to exchange up to $385 million aggregate principal amount of 7.50% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2015, which have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, for an equal principal amount of its outstanding 7.50% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2015, upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the prospectus, dated May 8, 2008, and the related letter of transmittal, including any amendments or supplements thereto.

The exchange offer is scheduled to expire at 5:00 p.m. New York City time on June 6, 2008, unless otherwise extended or earlier terminated. The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A., has been appointed as the exchange agent for the exchange offer.

A registration statement relating to the exchange offer was filed with and declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission. This press release is not an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security. The offer to exchange is being made solely by means of a prospectus.
