Fuwei Films to Announce First Quarter 2008 Financial Results on May 14, 2008

BEIJING, May 8 Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall — Fuwei Films (Holdings) Co. Limited (Nasdaq: FFHL) ("Fuwei" or "the Company"), a manufacturer and distributor of high-quality BOPET plastic films located in China, today announced that it will report financial results for the first quarter of 2008 ended March 31, 2008, after the market closes on Wednesday, May 14, 2008. The company expects to file its quarterly report on Form 6-K the same day.

The Company will host a conference call, which will be simultaneously Webcast, on Thursday, May 15, 2008, at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time / 8:30 p.m. Beijing Time. A question-and-answer session will follow management's presentation.
