First Quarter 2008 Results Release Scheduled for Thursday, May 15, 2008

MISGAV, Israel, May 7 PRNewswire-FirstCall — Tefron (NYSE: TFR) (TASE: TFR), announced that it will be releasing its first quarter 2008 results on Thursday, May 15, 2008, before the US market opens.

The Company will also be hosting a conference call later that same day at 10:00am ET. On the call, management will review and discuss the results and will be available to answer investor questions.
