QinetiQ North America to Support Marine Corps Systems Command

STAFFORD, Va., May 7 PRNewswire — QinetiQ North America's IT Services Group has won a $6 million, three year engineering support task order for the Marine Corps Air-Ground Task Forces (MAGTF) Command and Control (C2) Systems. This order covers refining performance requirements, developing a comprehensive integration plan and planning stakeholder involvement.

QinetiQ North America will also continue to provide engineering support services to the Marine Corps Systems Command's MAGTF C2 Program Management Office in acquisition and integration of command and control and fires systems.

"Developing science and technology transition plans to integrate the latest technical advances into interdependent program acquisition life cycles is a key capability we bring," said Sharleene Prieur, QinetiQ North America's program manager for the effort. "We've also provided key engineering and technical support to the Marine Corps on the MAGTF C2 effort for the past three and a half years, and we look forward to helping the Corps craft a cohesive, integrated development strategy for its evolving command and control solutions."

QinetiQ North America will perform the work in Stafford and Quantico, Virginia with several industry partners including SAIC, RNB Technologies, and L3 Communications.
