Noah Education to Report Third Fiscal Quarter 2008 Financial Results on May 15, 2008

SHENZHEN, China, May 7 Xinhua-PRNewswire — Noah Education Holdings Ltd. ("Noah") (NYSE: NED), a leading provider of interactive education content in China, today announced that it will report its financial results for the third fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2008 after the U.S. markets close on May 15, 2008.

Noah's management will host an earnings conference call at 8 p.m. on May 15, 2008 U.S. Eastern Standard Time (8 a.m. on May 16, 2008 Beijing/Hong Kong time).
