Joyce Whitley (Fine Arts) — U.S. Congresswoman Stephanie Tubbs Jones (Benefactor) — Ken Snipes (Administrator) — Actor Katrice Monee Headd will receive the \"On the Rise\" award, an honor reserved for the next generation of Karamu stars.
