Health Market Science Signs Agreement with Liberty Property Trust to Bring 2700 Horizon Dr. to 100% Occupancy

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa., May 6 PRNewswire — Health Market Science, Inc. (HMS), a leading supplier of healthcare provider data and analytics in the United States, and Liberty Property Trust (NYSE: LRY), which owns and manages more than 15 million square feet of office and industrial space in southeastern Pennsylvania, announced today the signing of a long term lease agreement for 45,000 square feet of office space at 2700 Horizon Drive in King of Prussia. HMS will now occupy the entire building.

Health Market Science has been subletting 25,063 square feet of space in the building since 2004. When the balance of the building became available for lease, HMS was able to secure the space for a much-needed expansion.

The property is located within centrally located Renaissance Park, in close proximity to I-76/Schuylkill Expressway, I-476/The Blue Route and the I-276/PA Turnpike. Renaissance Park is minutes away from the King of Prussia Mall and the unique restaurants of Conshohocken. The wooded setting contains more than one million square feet of office and flex space with land for future development. Amenities include: Septa bus stop, daycare, food services, NovaCare Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy Center as well as walking and fitness paths. Major tenants include Trion, Yellow Book, Merion Publications, Elan and GlaxoSmithKline.
