FRC Action Endorses Marilyn Musgrave

WASHINGTON, May 6 PRNewswire-USNewswire — Today, FRC Action endorsed incumbent U.S. Representative Marilyn Musgrave representing the 4th district of Colorado.

"The pro-family movement has no greater ally than Marilyn," said Connie Mackey, Senior Vice-President of FRC Action. "As a freshman, Representative Musgrave marshaled 131 co-sponsors for the Marriage Protection Amendment. She shows exemplary courage and determination to protect the family, despite being the target of leftist groups who consistently make concerted efforts to oust her from Congress."

Representative Musgrave has been an FRC Action True Blue Award winner since she entered Congress in 2003. Besides sponsoring the Federal Marriage Amendment, Musgrave also co-sponsored legislation to reduce taxes on the family, such as the AMT repeal, and co-sponsored several pieces of pro-life legislation including the Partial-Birth Abortion Ban Act, which became law.
