MagnaChip to Offer Competitive Ultra Low Noise Process Technology
Flicker noise is a type of electronic noise caused by fluctuations in the surface channel. It occurs in almost all electronic devices especially at low frequencies. MagnaChip's low flicker noise process can both reduce the chip area of the analog block and improve the output noise of audio and video signals, particularly for semiconductor applications such as audio and video codecs, power amplifiers, regulators and oscillators.
"MagnaChip's ultra low noise process technology demonstrates our ongoing focus on developing leading technology solutions. We expect to further expand our process technology portfolio as we seek to continually understand and address our foundry customers' needs going forward," said
