GSI Commerce to Participate in Two Investor Conferences in May

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa., May 1 PRNewswire-FirstCall — Leading e-commerce solutions provider, GSI Commerce Inc. (Nasdaq: GSIC), today announced that both Michael G. Rubin, the company's chairman, president and chief executive officer, and Michael R. Conn, the company's chief financial officer, are scheduled to participate at the Third Annual Needham & Company Internet and Digital Media Conference to be held May 8, in New York, N.Y., and also at the Goldman Sachs Ninth Annual Internet Conference to be held May 21 in Las Vegas, Nev.
