visionGATEWAY wins Major Contract for INTERScepter SmartParent(TM) Solution

SAN DIEGO, April 30 PRNewswire-FirstCall — visionGATEWAY Inc. (OTC: VGWA), a developer and marketer of products that increase management and control by parents and employers over internet use by children or employees, announced today that its INTERScepter SmartParent(TM) appliances have been selected by a major retail group for sale in more than 500 retail stores in Australia, with deliveries set for the second half of 2008. The contract, valued by the Company at more than US$10 million over a period of 12 months, calls for 3,000 INTERScepter SmartParent(TM) appliances per month through a direct network of 72 stores and distribution to more than 500 stores across Australia. The purchaser will make an immediate deposit on the order.

SmartParent gives parents complete control over all internet use in the home — managing all home users and how they access web sites and all applications (such as Facebook, YouTube, MySpace, Instant Messaging, Email and Chat Rooms). It also features minute-by-minute reporting and control over all the 65,000 ports that access the internet. The appliance version is a plug-and-play option that can be easily installed in an office or home network without disrupting any information flow.

Wotton said that the Company is in negotiation with additional retailers and distributors, not only for INTERScepter SmartParent, but for its INTERScepter Small Medium Business solution line as well.
