Prior to joining Lulu, Kramer was the Vice President of Architecture and Technology at Motricity, where he launched the Cingular/AT&T MediaMall StoreFront, putting Motricity on the map as a key player in the wireless world. For the past seven years, he has worked for Motricity and its predecessor company, Pinpoint Networks, starting as the Vice President of Engineering and Operations. Kramer heads the Engineering, Creative Services and Project Management departments.
Lively is a Senior Human Resources Executive whose extensive domestic and global experience in multiple industries will help Lulu to recruit, retain and develop top talent across the company. Before joining Lulu, Lively was Senior Director of Human Resources at Red Hat. Prior to that, she was a global Human Resources leader with British conglomerate Invensys. Lively will oversee the Human Resources department at Lulu.
