Katie Lee Joel Offers Hearst a 'Taste' of Her New Cookbook
The Comfort Table, published by Simon & Schuster and released earlier this month, marks the first publication for Joel, who has written for Hamptons Magazine, Gotham and The Huffington Post. Katie's broad culinary experience ranges from host of the first season of Bravo's Top Chef to Special Correspondent for Extra, covering food and fashion. She also serves on the Judges panel on Food Network's Iron Chef America.

A take on Union Square's Greenmarket, Cafe 57's Farmer's Market offers Hearst employees an opportunity to purchase the finest local produce, cheeses, breads and other local items right inside the Tower. Guests are educated on what it means to go "local," and encouraged to eat smarter at work and also to prepare healthful meals at home.
