Ruth's Chris Steak House Annapolis Celebrates a Decade of Sizzling Success

BALTIMORE, April 18 PRNewswire — Big Steaks Management, a local franchisee of Ruth's Chris Steak House, announced today the 10th anniversary celebration of Ruth's Chris Steak House Annapolis. The area's prime fine-dining steak house is celebrating with an interior 'facelift,' the "Sizzling Celebration Menu," charitable contributions, promotional contests, and a private VIP event on April 21 where members of the press are welcome.

Steve de Castro opened Ruth's Chris Steak House Annapolis at the former site of Marmaduke's in 1998. When he took it over, the restaurant was in fair working condition, but in order to better adapt the restaurant to fit the ambiance synonymous with Ruth's Chris, the interior was extensively renovated to emphasize mahogany, dim lighting, cozy dining alcoves and maritime-themed pictures and maps.

As part of the 10-year celebration, Ruth's Chris will experience more beautification, including a completely new bar area as well as new plasma screens, bathrooms, furniture, and wallpaper. The new look will refresh the atmosphere for the restaurant's current customers says David Sadeghi COO of Big Steaks Management and the "face lift" aims to draw the attention of new guests as well.

Ruth's Chris will also celebrate its 10-year anniversary with: — The \"Sizzling Celebration Menu\" for $35.95, which includes a choice of soup, salad, select entrees, and an accompaniment. This special menu is available during dinner on Sunday and Monday (all night), and 5-7pm on Tuesday through Saturday until June 30th. — Commemorative bottles of wine from The Hess Collection Winery that will sell at Ruth's Chris Steak House Annapolis for $55. Ruth's Chris will donate $10 from each bottle sold to the Annapolis Maritime Museum (formerly the Barge House Museum) and the SPCA of Anne Arundel County. Bottles will be available for purchase by May 1st. — \"Stories with Sizzle,\" a contest that is open to the public and calls for contestants to write in with the most their most \"sizzling\" experiences involving Ruth's Chris Steak House Annapolis. Contest details will be posted online at the end of April.
