Capacity Coverage to Host 'What is the State of the Art in Business Insurance' Conference
MAHWAH, N.J., April 17 PRNewswire — Capacity Coverage Company of New Jersey, Inc. will host a half-day business insurance conference titled "What is the State of the Art in Business Insurance" on Friday, May 16, 2008 at the Sheraton Hotel in Mahwah, New Jersey.
The conference will help executives better understand what their business insurance coverage options are, how to protect their business, and what questions they should be asking about their insurance coverage.
The keynote speaker for the conference is Thomas F. Motamed, Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer for Chubb Corporation and Chief Operating Officer for Chubb and Son. Motamed will provide a general insurance industry outlook and address such business insurance issues as the current credit crisis, the impact of new capital, global uncertainty, and how regulatory changes such as Sarbanes-Oxley affect insurance pricing for US businesses.
Robert Baldwin, CPA, President and Chief Operating Officer of Cost Recovery Consultants will discuss how businesses can avoid overpaying for workers compensation coverage and how to fight insurance premium disputes.
