John Hancock's 'EZ Route' Post-Enrollment Education Program Wins 2008 Insight Award for Customer Advocacy in Financial Services

BOSTON, April 16 PRNewswire — Insight Forums, LLC today named John Hancock Retirement Plan Service's "EZ Route" post-enrollment education program as the winner of the 2008 Insight Award for Customer Advocacy in Financial Services. Sponsored by Art Plus Technology and presented during a special session at the Financial Communications Forum in New York, the Award honors financial communications initiatives that empower customers to make fully informed choices and successful purchase decisions.
