FAST University Receives IACET Accreditation

OSLO, Norway and NEEDHAM, Mass., April 16 PRNewswire — Fast Search & Transfer ASA (FAST), the leading global provider of search technologies, today announced that FAST University, the company's award-winning education program, is now an International Association of Continuing Education and Training (IACET) Authorized Provider able to grant Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for customers, partners and employees who successfully complete FAST University instructor-led classes and self-paced eLearning. As an IACET Authorized Provider, the company can assure FAST University students that their training can be converted into credits that can be applied toward professional certifications.

The IACET and the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) have examined FAST University course materials, facilities and processes and procedures, and certify that FAST University complies with the high standards set by these organizations for quality continuing education and training. Students who successfully complete FAST University classroom and virtual courses and self-paced eLearning will receive one CEU for every 10 hours of instruction.
