Enservio to Acquire Comprehensive Inventory Services
BOSTON, April 15 PRNewswire — Enservio, the nation's leading provider of contents services, announced at the PLRB's National Claims Conference in Boston that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Comprehensive Inventory Services (CIS) of Easthampton, MA.

The acquisition further accelerates Enservio's leadership position in the Contents Inventory and Valuation space.
