NC IT Solutions Provider Adds Data Encryption to GSA Service Offering

SILER CITY, N.C., April 15 PRNewswire — Carolina Advanced Digital, Inc. (CAD), an industry leader in network security solutions, has added Winmagic's SecureDoc solution to its federal GSA schedule GS-35F-0795N. Installation, consulting and training are components of CAD's offering.

Winmagic's SecureDoc disk encryption solution is the only disk encryption software authorized by the National Security Agency (NSA) for its own confidential information. SecureDoc provides the ultimate security and flexibility in data protection with full disk encryption to protect sensitive information stored on laptops, desktops and PDA's, including dual and triple authentication.

A woman-owned, veteran-owned company, Carolina Advanced Digital's principals have extensive expertise in information technology management and security gained through work in processing intelligence for the Navy combined with 25 years of providing IT solutions.

"The NSA authorization holds a lot of weight with us since our company founders are ex-military," said Susan Jabbusch, Vice President of Carolina Advanced Digital. "We dedicate our engineering efforts solely to best of breed solutions. Our own in-house use and testing of SecureDoc convinced us that it was a superior product to offer our federal government client base."
