Herley Announces $1.6 Million in Contract Awards from U. S. Prime Contractors

LANCASTER, Pa., April 14 PRNewswire-FirstCall — Herley Industries, Inc. (Nasdaq: HRLY) today announced contract awards totaling approximately $1.6 million from major U.S. defense prime contractors.

Herley's Lancaster Pennsylvania division has received a new award to produce electronic hardware for a U.S. Electronic Attack Aircraft that has been produced at Herley Lancaster for a number of years.

Micro Systems, Inc. in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, has received a contract to supply tracking transponders for a large missile program. The contract includes over 100 units of a C-Band tracking beacon and represents the exercise of a contract option on a long term program.
