Trend Micro Named as SearchSecurity.com(TM) 2008 Readers' Choice Award Winner
According to SearchSecurity.com, users gave Trend Micro Mobile Security strong ratings for its flexible policy management capabilities and for its antimalware and data protection functionality. Users also liked the product's new central management function. Trend Micro's InterScan Web Security Appliance received high marks for granular, flexible policy creation and enforcement, as well as for its ability to detect known Web-based threats.

SearchSecurity.com editors also recognized Trend Micro Damage Cleanup Service, an add-on for InterScan Web Security Appliance and other select Trend Micro products, as an additional option to fully restore infected clients to full operational health. Damage Cleanup Service removes spyware, rootkits, worms, virus remnants and Trojans that can elude typical antivirus solutions.
