The Regus Group Enters Memphis Market With Acquisition of 30,000 Square Foot Business Center

MEMPHIS, Tenn., April 2, 2008 PRNewswire — The Regus Group (LSE: RGU), the world's largest provider of fully furnished and equipped offices with 950 locations in 70 countries, today announced that it has acquired a 30,000 square foot business center in East Memphis from Interactive Offices Worldwide. The two-story center is located at 5100 Avenue Popular in the historic Clark Tower and features 93 offices, 225 workstations, two conference rooms and one board room.

"This acquisition allows us to establish an immediate presence in the Memphis market, in one of the most recognized buildings in the city," said Jennifer Gilbert, Regional Vice President for Regus. "The center's central location was also a major factor in our decision. Not only do our clients have great views of the city from the 27th and 28th floors, but they are also within minutes of downtown Memphis, the airport and Germantown. In addition, the dining, entertainment and lodging options the area offers are amongst the best in the city."

Gilbert added, "Our newly acquired center will be a perfect fit for the number of small-to-medium sized businesses in the area who are looking for a great office location at an affordable price."

Every day Regus provides more than 200,000 clients worldwide with flexible and cost-effective workplace options to meet their specific needs. Whether using a fully furnished office, a virtual office that provides clients with a local business address, meeting rooms or videoconferencing facilities, businesses working with Regus are able to establish an immediate presence at prime business center locations such as Clark Tower.

Oliver Cobb III, Partner with Cobb Fiduciary Services, has been a Regus client since 1993. Cobb says that the great location and customer service are just a few of the benefits that having an office with Regus provides their business.

"Our location in Clark Tower is a huge benefit for us because it's so recognizable and our clients know where to find us," says Cobb. "The services provided by Regus have consistently exceeded our expectations."

Cobb added, "It's the small things that go such a long way — such as having our clients immediately greeted in a professional manner by the receptionist; having the phone answered in our business' name by a receptionist; and 24-hour access to fax and voicemail services so that we can respond quickly to our clients needs, regardless the time of day. In addition, Regus continues to help Cobb Fiduciary Services minimize our overhead costs by not having to invest in costly services like IT equipment and telecommunications infrastructure."

Regus offers its clients a number of benefits including: the freedom to grow, downsize, or expand their business to another geographic location with minimal disruption; simple, one-page contracts; one, fixed monthly price, that includes everything they need to run their business; and a global network of more than 950 locations that allow members unlimited access to Regus business lounges worldwide.

All Regus clients have high-speed Internet access and telephone service managed by a highly trained IT support team. Regus also offers clients a wide range of on-site business services, including administrative support.
