Alpine Dynamic Dividend Fund Declares a $0.25 Dividend Distribution for March 2008

NEW YORK, March 27 PRNewswire-FirstCall — Alpine Woods Capital Investors, LLC announced today the declaration of the quarter-end dividend distribution of ordinary income for the Alpine Dynamic Dividend Fund which will be paid as follows:

ALPINE DYNAMIC DIVIDEND FUND (Ticker: ADVDX; CUSIP: 020875209) Ordinary Dividend Income: $0.25 Record Date: March 27, 2008 Ex-Date, Reinvestment Date, Payable Date: March 28, 2008

The March dividend distribution represents the current regular monthly dividend of $0.07 per share plus the variable quarter-end payout of additional dividend income accumulated during the quarter ended March 31, 2008.

ADVDX paid a total ordinary dividend of $0.39 for the quarter ended March 31, 2008.

For the twelve months ended March 31, 2008, ADVDX paid out $1.641 in ordinary dividend income, with over 98% of the distribution estimated to be qualified for the maximum federal tax rate of 15%. Based on a closing NAV price of $10.74 on March 26, 2008, the $1.641 dividend payout represents a highly attractive after-tax dividend yield.
